Scentsy’s Shooting Star Award

Launching your new Scentsy business can be as easy as hosting your first party! Consultants who sell $500 in product in their first 15 days earn the Shooting Star Award. They are then eligible to buy a discounted Scentsy product pack that includes warmers, bars, and other products to continue the early successes!

Scentsy’s Scentsational Start

Scentsy also has a 70-day tiered incentive program. Consultants have the opportunity to earn free product as they build their customer base and sales team. The amount of product credit is determined by sales volume or a combination of sales and team growth. Consultants who achieve the third tier are also spotlighted in Scentsy’s monthly consultant newsletter.

Incentive Trips

Each year, Scentsy plans an incentive trip for top sales people. In 2013, the trip was split up so that consultants could choose their destination. Consultants also have the ability to earn the trip for a second person, like a spouse. Destinations have included Punta Cana, New York, Maui, Washington, D.C., Costa Rica, and British Columbia.
